D-Namic Tuner Box

Dynamic navigation with the D-Namic tuner box. The TMC tuner auto-

matically looks for all the available TMC traffic radio stations and for-

wards incoming messages to the TravelPilot EX-V/DX-V as it receives

them. The TravelPilot then analyses and evaluates the traffic condi-

tions with each new message and adjusts the route taken accordingly

– so that you get to your destination as soon as possible.

Coach Navigation

The TravelPilot EX-V Coach Professional now guides your drivers

stress-free through busy road traffic to virtually anywhere in

Europe. The navigation DVD that belongs to the series contains

information on more than 5 million kilometres of the road net-

works in 26 different European countries. In addition, it knows

more than 600,000 Points of Interest. The third-generation Travel-

Pilot Coach Professional continues on in the tradition of the highly

acclaimed precision of the Blaupunkt systems. The innovative,

powerful processor technology provides for an extra push in quick

route calculation. And this new unit is perfectly compatible with all

its predecessors, which makes it simple to retrofit in any vehicle

makes and models. And during the trip, the TravelPilot EX-V Coach

Professional can even take over navigation dynamically. In this

case, it evaluates all the information on the current traffic condi-

tions broadcast by radio stations on the Traffic Message Channel

(TMC) and can conveniently detour any traffic congestion reported

on the route up ahead. The new system can now use this dynamic

route guidance function in Europe on main national roads as well

as on motorways.

The CLX 01 is an 6.5˝ LCD monitor in 16:9 screen format that displays

video pictures (from DVD/video player, TV, cameras), menu graphics

(from the Professional Line audio coach system) and navigation maps

(from the TravelPilot Coach Professional). It is installed in the coach

cockpit and connected to the CCU of the Professional Line. The passen-

ger monitors can also be connected to the CLX so that the video and

navigation pictures can also be shown on the passenger monitors via

the integrated converter. Up to four cameras can be supplied with 12 V

via the CLX.
